This cheerful Frank Lloyd Wright inspired dining room is highly rated by Zagat for food, décor and service (2004) as well as by the Chicago Reader (12/5/03).

Executive Chef Rob Fahey, a Culinary Institute of America - Hyde Park graduate, will reward members and guests with his signature dishes culled from 14 years in top-of-the-line Hyatt kitchens in Denver, Minneapolis, Dallas and Chicago.

Our host, Al Bozeman, promises us a fabulous dinner and entertaining evening.

He will share culinary adventures growing up in his mother's southside Chicago restaurant, through long-term tenure at New Orleans' fabled Fairmont Hotel.
