Dinner with Camus
Cognac Paired with Each Course
November 6, 2003
Guest of Honor: Laurent Fortin, Vice President, Director US Operations, Camus Cognac
Please Note: Jackets Required
Seating limited to 35

Rising from the rich Borderies soil just outside of Cognac, France, the House of Camus is as dedicated to providing its customers with the finest quality cognac as it was a century-and-a-half ago. Camus is the largest, independent, family-owned and managed cognac house. It is also the only remaining large cognac house where the owners personally manage their own vineyards. Its products, which have received numerous awards, are currently sold in more than 140 countries.

Chicago Tribune: Four Stars: Roland Liccioni's kitchen wizardry and Mary Beth Liccioni's gracious front-room hospitality create one of the most civilized dining experiences you'll ever encounter...

Chicago Magazine: Four Stars: Jackets are required in these sedate parlors, which is a fair request -- it's one of the most civilized restaurants in the city.

Zagat: Roland Liccioni's food rated tops five years running.
