Guest of Honor Donna Hay and award-winning Chef James Wierzelewski will collaborate on our menu, using recipes from Donna's modern classics and James' signature dishes. Burhan Culculoglu, Director of Aria Restaurant Operations, and Mark Nelson of Chicago Wine Merchants will collaborate on pairing wines with the dinner. Following dinner, we will enjoy a reception and book signing for Donna. Her books will be available for purchase at the event.
