Refunds -- No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. Prior to that, we will refund your payment in full, via the same credit card you used for payment. Send your request for refund to DonaldNewcomb@att.net.
Your privacy -- The payment website is a secure one. Any information you give us (your name, address, phone number, e-mail) will never be given away or sold. We collect your contact information only to keep you informed of upcoming events, and to let you know of any last minute changes in events.
Delivery standards -- If you supply an e-mail address when you use your credit card on this site to pay for an event, you will receive an e-mailed receipt. Should the event be cancelled, we will provide a refund and use the contact details you provide to let you know as soon as practicable.
