Dear Friend,
Happy Spring Everyone

We are lucky to have Gary Madden in Chicago next week pouring his wine around town. Gary is the "Chicago Boy" who is running Lieb Family Cellars, one of the most interesting wineries on Long Island. Or do you say Longhheyeland?

Our first event is Tuesday April 22, 5-7:30pm at the almost brand new Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread and Wine Shop at 55 East Lake Street. Opened since November this lovely shop is unique in the Loop - beeeeautiful cheeses, breads, some gourmet foods and great wine!!! Great sandwiches as well.

Gary is also pouring his wines on Friday April 25 from 4-7 at Sam's almost brand new store at 50 E. Roosevelt Road - South Loop. Taste through the wines then buy a bottle to enjoy in Sam's wine bar.

Your last opportunity to meet Gary Madden is on Saturday April 26 from 1-4pm at Sam's Wine & Spirits flagship location - 1720 N. Marcey Street.

All of these events are free and offer the opportunity to talk to Gary about viticulture in New York, taste some truly exceptional wines and get his signature on any bottle you buy!

Please pass this on to all your foodie and wine-y friends as well. I hope to see you there.

Warm Regards, Beverly
